Anyone got a cat I can borrow?

I was settling into sleep last night when I suddenly heard a “crunch, crunch, crunch…” sound under the house as if some varmint was under there having lunch. This is the second time I’ve heard such a sound since I finished the plumbing job.

I’m guessing it is a mouse as I had one visiting my kitchen a week or so ago and then I managed to plug the opening where it was getting into the house. I figure the little bastard is now trying to chew his way in since he knows there is food inside.

Perhaps I can get Lily Tomlin to fetch it a cup of coffee? (see comments)
