Does the forest service need to allow adverting in forests?

  1. It’s all part of Bush’s healthy forest bill. It starts by clear cutting the forests to prevent forest fires. Now they say they only want to cut the forests in Alaska to provide jobs for lumberjacks. Where are the trees going? To make chopsticks for the 1.5 Billion chinese. After all the trees are gone then maybe the Oil Barons will finally be allowed to tap our last reserves in what was once protected wildlife habitat. The only thing is that all the oil piped out of Alaska goes straight to Japan.

  2. Actually, I cannot say that I’m actually against this–provided it is low-key or event related, I don’t see how it hurts.
